3.6 Data Monetization
As described in our Terms of Service, we may sell, license, or otherwise share your personal data, usage data, and aggregated or de-identified data with third parties for commercial purposes, including marketing, research, product development, and artificial intelligence training. When we share personal data with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes, we will do so in accordance with applicable law.

4.5 Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, financing, or other business transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
